Great customer service would be a good idea to put non slip strips in bathtub for older guests to prevent falls

Breakfast was good, plenty of options. The room was mostly clean...ish. Did not have garbages taken out or fresh towels, legit no one but us in our room for four days, three nights. I told the front desk. Staff was polite and did seem genuine in their efforts. I just won't be staying here again. Pool was poorly cleaned and closed one of the days we stayed. It worked for a place to sleep and eat breakfast, but not somewhere I would recommend to anyone needing more than that.
